LOCATION
The Terrace Dining Room is located in the Village of Broderick on Highway 15, approximately ten minutes from Outlook and fifty minutes from Saskatoon .
RESTAURANT
The Terrace Dining Room first opened its doors to the public on May 2nd, 2005, and has been serving patrons ever since. Located inside a character building, the restaurant honours and maintains its unique features, including the original hardwood floor. The building was originally constructed as an army barracks and has since become a town hall, a church, a toy factory, an antique store, and now, a full service restaurant. The old theatre stage has been incorporated into the design of the restaurant, allowing patrons to dine on the stage area and look out the windows to the beautiful prairie view, where it is common to spot wildlife or enjoy a Saskatchewan sunset. If you look closely, you can still see scuff marks on the stage from where the piano used to be, which was played for many a wedding or gathering in years past.
The Terrace has an inside capacity of approximately 100 people as well as an expansive patio and outdoor area, including an outdoor stage which is used for various events throughout the year.
